Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson, a musician's daughter born in Mexico was born into an adored family of musicians. Growing up she was influenced by the classical music of her parents, boleros as well as the traditional romantic, ranchero, as well as romance ballads. Ana loves tangos and opera, and all dramatic performances. Ana began learning and singing the piano with her mom, and commenced more serious singing training when she was 16 working with the famous Mexican Tenor Flavio Becerra. Her music training continued in the School of Music of Guadalajara University. Later, she attended the School of Sacred Music of Toluca. In her early career, she was spent performing with various orchestras, chamber ensembles, and opera choirs in Guadalajara. When she moved to the United States, she performed in the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. Then in 2002 she moved to Southern California. She currently performs traditional Latin American songs at private occasions as a soloist. Alongside being an active performer as well as an instructor and instructor, her passion for arts and music keeps her engaged in a wide range of initiatives. Ana was a former part of the Community Chorus of Redlands (as as Inland Master Chorale) and Performance Loft. Ana loves to sing the traditional Latin American songs and hopes to encourage others to sing the same.
